If you have lost less than 70K --We need to take action

Dear all,

I am in as much shock as you are about how this particular creditors meeting went. I am putting together a case for the monies less than 70K to be recovered without any further delay.
I too do not understand how RBS can make a claim on funds that are illegally transferred from the clients to the company’s accounts. Personally this has come to a stage where we will be taking legal action.
At current one of the priorities should be for the fscs to return the compensation up to 50k to as many clients as possible and this is more than 70% of the clients. Why not put their minds at rest ?
I will draw up a petition and write to the authorities on your behalf
Please email me in the following format :
Name :
Email  Address:
Approx Amount lost:
I will compile a full report and send this of in the best possible manner.
If you do not wish to disclose your name please just send me your Worldspreads Account Number

THERE IS NO REASON AT ALL THAT THE 70% OF THE CLIENTS SHOULD SUFFER ANY FURTHER DELAY.
I will take this all the way to the media and show them how inconsiderate the schemes are in todays world.

Kind Regards
Rav

  2. If you are owed 70K or less by Worldspreads the FSCS will pay you the first 50K, assuming a 30% recovery (as per the published documentation) then KPMG will pay 21K to the FSCS who will then pass on 20K of that back to you. i.e you will be made whole.

If you are a client owed more than 70K, you will not get all of you money back as there will be a shortfall, the moneis paid out from KPMG to the FSCS will be insufficient to make you whole when added to the 50K.
eg a client will 75K loss would get back 72.5K i.e 2.5k short, and it just gets much worse from there as the more you are owed the more you loose.....

  6. O.K so the official result of the creditor / Client meeting have been released, to be honest i cannot see why this meeting could not have happened 6 weeks ago, immediately after the client positions were confirmed.....
SO what it the FSCS waiting for now?
What is the point of the new committee?
Do we know who any of the three client appointees are. i.e what their background is, who they represent (if other than themselves). How much have they lost? etc etc...
This whole process is far from clear..and yesterdays update did nothing to clear anything up.......
