The Interview has been completed questions asked:

Duration of Queue : About 20 mins
Duration of the Conversation : 3 mins

On answering the call they ask you three things:
Name, Address and account number nothing more than this.
What questions do you have ?

Q. What is going to happen with my funds:
A.  Basically there is a short fall in the funds with worldspreads so we cannot allow any withdrawals at this point in time .

Q. What will happen with any open positions:
A.   All Positions have been closed on March the 16th at Close of Business.
     ( One of the worst bits of news for position traders that have been holding the trades for over 2 months)

Q. What is your communication process.
A. All We can tell you at this momment in time is that all the details will be posted on the website ie process of the claims and further information.

Q. Do you have any times scales on how long this process will take to get the funds back ?
A. As I said prior to this I cannot comment on anything regarding the funds.

Q. When do you expect the claim process to be initiated ?
A.Whilst he would not give a time or date when this would be put up, when pushed he said perhaps within the next few days.(Src DL)

  1. Can losses from position closed out by WS be claimed from the FSCS?
