  1. Am (was) an account holder via Two Way Spreads and have a middling five figure sum (£) which is now "lost". I'm pretty sure that I will see this money again but I also think that it's going to take a long time.

  3. I spoke to the FOS this morning. My wife is owed £30000 by Two Way Spreads and her case has been going on since last September. The difficult bit is that in January the accounts at TWS wrote the balance down to £0. The FOS says that he will pass the whole case to FSCS but does not put any recommendation on the file as WS are bust. I am hoping that my wife isnt the only one who this has happened to as I believe this is one way that they were covering up liabilities. Dominic Bacon WS counsel I spoke to on Saturday but he didnt want to speak to me- he is the person he sends out the emails saying- money not been sent and a load of ludicrous reasons why not.

I am going to write to the head of FSA as on at least three occasions in the last six months I warned the FOS that I suspected something was going on at WS.

  5. Thanks rav for your help and advise.

Most of my life savings are in world spreads. This has been so hard for me.I have under 50000,so it seems Im safe, but having my funds trapped for 3-5 months is going to kill me.

    Kind regards,

    Jay
